Activate your data plan
Your plan becomes active when you connect to a local network at your destination.
- Open Settings > Network and Internet (or Connections)
- Select SIMs (or Mobile Network)
- Turn on your eSIM
- Turn on Data Roaming

Label the plan (Optional)
Note: Steps may vary slightly by device.
Having trouble?
- Make sure you’re not using your original SIM data
- Try turning Airplane mode on and off
- If needed, contact support from the app for help
