Activate your data plan
Your plan becomes active when you connect to a local network at your destination.
- Open Settings > Connections
- Select SIM Manager
- Turn on your new eSIM
- Set the new eSIM as your Mobile data SIM (if prompted)
- (Optional) Edit the SIM name to label your plan
- Go back to Connections
- Select Mobile networks
- Turn on Data roaming
Note: Steps may vary slightly by device.
Having trouble?
- Make sure you’re not using your original SIM data
- Try turning Airplane mode on and off
- If needed, contact support from the app for help
