Activate your data plan

Your plan becomes active when you connect to a local network at your destination.

1. Open Settings > Connections
2. Select SIM Manager
3. Turn on your new eSIM
4. Set the new eSIM as your Mobile data SIM (if prompted)
5. (Optional) Edit the SIM name to label your plan
6. Go back to Connections
7. Select Mobile networks
8. Turn on Data roaming

Note: Steps may vary slightly by device.

Having trouble?

• Make sure you’re not using your original SIM data
• Try turning Airplane mode on and off
• If needed, contact support from the app for help
