Redirect errors while shopping online

I can’t redirect to the store I want to visit through ShopBack. What should I do?

If you’re an iOS user

Check that you’re using the latest version of the ShopBack app.

You can find the latest version of ShopBack’s app by visiting your phone’s App Store. You’ll be able to see what’s new with the app and update to the latest version if available.

If you’re an Android user

Check that you’re using the latest version of the ShopBack app.
If the issue persists, the app you’re trying to open may be set to auto sleep. To turn this off:
1. Open your device settings.
2. Search for "Background usage limits" and open the menu.
3. Tap "Deep sleeping apps" and remove the app from the list.
4. Go back to "Background usage limits" and open "Never auto sleeping apps".
5. Tap the plus (+) icon in the top right and add the app.
6. Restart your device.

For non-Samsung Android devices like Xiaomi, the setting names may vary. Look for options related to background activity, battery optimisation, or app launch settings to ensure the app is running properly.
